These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of rtifloors.org (the "Site") and the communications you receive from RTI LLC, doing business as RTI Floors ("RTI Floors," "we," "us" or "our"). By using the Site or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms.
1. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program name: RTI Floors Text Messages, operated by RTI LLC.
Program description: If you opt in, you may receive (a) non-marketing messages about your consultation and project, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, estimates and project updates; and/or (b) marketing messages, such as special offers, discounts and new service updates. You choose each type separately on our web form.
How to opt in: by checking the SMS consent box(es) on our consultation request form at rtifloors.org. The boxes are optional and are not pre-checked. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency: varies based on your inquiry and appointments.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
How to opt out: reply STOP to any message at any time. You may also reply CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. To rejoin, opt in again through our form or reply START.

Carrier disclaimer: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you submit a form. You may not attempt to disrupt the Site or access it by unauthorized means.
3. Consultations, Estimates and Services
Information on the Site is for general purposes only. Consultations and estimates are subject to an on-site review of your space. Pricing, scope and scheduling for any work will be set out in a separate written estimate or agreement, which will govern that work.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics and logos, belong to RTI LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RTI LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our messages.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
